Comprehensive Structural Instructions & Regulations
Section 1: General Conditions & Registration Integrity
- The positions carry standard allowance levels as admissible to Central Government Servants of similar status stationed at respective cities.
- All applications must transition purely through the online gateway. Submission of physical documents, offline registration sheets, or hard copies directly to the exam wing will be systematically components of deletion and treated as null and void.
- Applications must contain clear, high-resolution graphic captures of the candidate’s photo, sign, and left-thumb impression complying strictly with the formal ‘Upload Image Instructions’. Blurred previews constitute programmatic grounds for swift portal rejections.
- Reservation category modifications will not be validated once the portal tracks formal fee submission.
Section 2: No Objection Certificate (NOC) Standards
Execution of an authentic NOC from the current employer is fully mandatory for all individuals functioning in regular, temporary, or contractual capacities inside Government Sectors, Quasi-Govt bodies, PSUs, or state-funded academic systems. The clear deadline matching application status checks must look at these papers. Failure to produce the authentic document during formal physical certificate checkups parameters results in immediate forfeiture.

- SC/ST: 5 Years concession margin past default ceilings.
- OBC: 3 Years concession window.
