About the Institute & Recruitment Drive: The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) is an autonomous regulatory body under the Department of Environment, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, located at Shastri Park, Delhi. DPCC works extensively towards pollution monitoring, climate actions, and environment preservation protocols across the capital. Through this multi-phase Rolling Advertisement, DPCC invites applications from eligible Officers and Officials working on a regular basis in the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, Recognized Research Institutes, Autonomous Bodies, Statutory Bodies, or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) to fill up 52 vacancies strictly on a deputation basis (including short-term contracts).

⚠️ Mandatory Deputation & Documentation Note
Official Notice Rules: The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or any other Organization or Department of the Central Government should ordinarily not exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be 56 years on the last date of receipt of applications.
The applications of eligible and willing officers along with their bio-data (duly signed by the concerned officers), attested copies of APAR dossier for the last 05 years, Integrity Certificate, Vigilance Clearance, and statement of Major/Minor penalties, if any, imposed during the last ten years must be forwarded through proper channel. Applications which are incomplete, not through proper channel, or without original signatures/attested documents will be summarily rejected. Applications must be accompanied by self-attested copies of certificates of proof of age, education, and work experience.

📜 General Conditions & Operational Guidelines
- Application forms should be submitted explicitly using English or Hindi languages inside the prescribed proforma layout only.
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply under the provisions of this deputation program.
- The Committee/Board reserves the right not to fill up any specific post, if the administration so decides.
- Applications must be routed “Through Proper Channel”. If an advance copy is submitted, the candidate must produce a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department during the interview rounds along with a formal documentation submission undertaking.
- No correspondence or representation will be entertained with regard to the call for interview or final selection choices.
- The crucial date for determining the age-limit criteria shall be the final closing date for receipt of applications from candidates.
- Candidates who have formally registered and applied for the posts will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature subsequently.
- The absolute count of vacancies highlighted remains dynamic and is liable to increase or decrease based on internal requirement reviews.
