📝 Job Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project Associate-I (Microbiology/Mol Bio)
- Perform wet-lab molecular biology experiments focusing on microbiological and enzymatic characterization.
- Conduct bacterial culture, DNA isolation, PCR, plasmid preparation, and transformation.
- Functional screening of environmental strains for small molecules and screening viable phages.
- Maintain detailed lab records and analyze experimental results.
2. Senior Project Associate (Lead Wet-Lab)
- Lead and perform wet-lab molecular biology experiments centered on microbiological characterization.
- Manage bacterial cultures, DNA isolation, and functional screening of environmental strains.
- Isolate and characterize identified small molecules; design and optimize activity assays.
- Mentor junior researchers and analyze experimental data independently.
3. Senior Project Associate (Extraction & Chemistry)
- Extract molecules from biological samples and perform comprehensive chemical analyses.
- Execute extraction, purification, and characterization of compounds using HPLC and NMR.
